Automatic Ink Control Systems

The Key Color System is an integrated set of hardware and software that provide printers the ability to incorporate a variety of solutions for color control and quality improvement to meet their individual needs.

OnPress Register Control
|
The NELA OPRC is a fully automatic color register adjustment on the press cylinder. Minuscule color dots are imaged onto the printing plate and printed on the web. High-resolution digital cameras that are mounted on each press tower, register the printed dots with the help of integrated control logic. Stepper motors then bring the press cylinder into its corrected position. This way, the register accuracy is constantly monitored and recorded during production. More>> |
